The check-in staff demonstrated a lack of empathy, which was disheartening, especially towards a 78-year-old guest in need of assistance. the desk personnel who helped me with my family’s last-minute needs were commendable—efficient and accommodating. On the downside, the property is understaffed. I experienced long waits for shuttle service and check-in, while cleanliness was another concern. Issues ranged from unpleasant odors to pests, highlighting a pressing need for better maintenance. Breakfast arrangements were inconvenient, lacking a designated space. Despite these flaws, the shuttle service and room cleanliness upon entering offered a glimmer of hope. Improvements are necessary.

The room was mostly comfortable, with a nice, cool AC and a great fridge. The bed was surprisingly comfy, allowing for a decent night's sleep. Despite being close to the airport, the noise level was low, and I hardly noticed the planes overhead. the overall cleanliness was a concern, especially the dirty carpets and grout. Some outlets didn’t work, and I encountered a cockroach, which was unsettling. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing. The staff was friendly and quick to address minor issues, enhancing the experience despite the room's drawbacks.

Thank you for a very nice stay - will be back. All in all, it was lovely base for traveling to Linthicum. The staff was immensely pleasant and accommodating all the time. I loved that the room was neat with normal couch.
